無軸螺旋輸送機(jī)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)

無軸螺旋輸送機(jī)主要由驅(qū)動裝置、頭部裝配、機(jī)殼、無軸螺旋體、槽體襯板、進(jìn)料口、出料口、機(jī)蓋(需要時)、底座等組成。
驅(qū)動裝置：采用擺線針輪輪減速機(jī)或軸裝式硬齒面齒輪減速機(jī)，設(shè)計時應(yīng)盡可能將驅(qū)動裝置設(shè)在出料口端，使螺旋體在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時處在受拉狀態(tài)。
頭部裝配有推力軸承，可承受輸送物料時產(chǎn)生的軸向力。
機(jī)殼：機(jī)殼為U型或O型，上部加防雨型機(jī)蓋，材質(zhì)有不銹鋼或碳鋼或玻璃鋼。
無軸螺旋體：材質(zhì)為不銹鋼或碳鋼。
槽體襯板：材質(zhì)為耐磨的塑料板或橡膠板或鑄石板等。
進(jìn)、出料口：有方形和圓形兩種，一般進(jìn)、出料口形式由用戶決定。
